What is HostStackHQ?
HostStackHQ is property management software for companies in India that run BnBs, homestays and holiday flats for their owners, and for owners who run their own. Bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and the company’s own commission-free website land on one calendar; guests get their arrival details on WhatsApp; cleaners get turnovers on Telegram; and every repair, bill and booking is recorded once, so each owner sees a monthly report of exactly what was done with their property.
Does it work with Airbnb, Booking.com and MakeMyTrip?
Yes. Paste each listing’s calendar link and its bookings appear on one calendar. HostStackHQ gives each listing a calendar link back, so the other sites stop selling nights that are already booked.
Do guests, cleaners or owners need to install an app?
No. Guests get a WhatsApp message (or an email) with a link to their own page. Cleaners get their jobs from a Telegram bot. Owners and your staff sign in from any phone or laptop browser.
Can property owners see guests’ personal details?
No. Owners see their properties’ bookings, revenue, spending, assets and maintenance, and can raise requests with you, but never guests’ names, phone numbers, IDs or door codes.
Does it handle GST invoices, UPI and guest ID rules?
Yes. It issues GST invoices under your GSTIN or the owner’s, lets direct guests pay by UPI straight to you with no fee, and collects each guest’s ID with their consent, with the Form C details for foreign guests.
Can I take bookings on my own website?
Yes. Each company gets a booking website with its own name and logo, on its own domain if it likes. Guests ask for dates and you confirm; there is no commission on direct bookings.
Do I need any equipment at the property?
No. Everything needs only a phone or laptop. Door codes, guest WiFi, an occupancy report and noise alerts are optional add-ons for later, which need equipment at the property.
